Traditional Pilates focuses on core strength and body control using mat work with controlled movements. Pilates Sculpt adds light weights and resistance for increased strength training, calorie burn, and full-body sculpting. Both are excellent - traditional Pilates is great for beginners, while Pilates Sculpt adds more intensity for those wanting extra challenge.
Not at all! Our "All Levels" classes welcome complete beginners. Instructors provide modifications for every exercise, so you can work at your own pace while learning proper form. Most of our dedicated members started with zero Pilates experience.
Wear comfortable, fitted athletic clothing that allows freedom of movement. We provide all mats and equipment (including the light weights used in Sculpt classes). Just bring a water bottle and arrive 5 minutes early for your first class.
