Walking into a new gym can be intimidating. We've designed your first visit to be seamless, welcoming, and stress-free from the moment you arrive.
Walk through the main entrance and the front desk team will greet you. If you're new, they'll show you where everything is and answer any questions.
The team here are amazing friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. From the moment you walk in, you instantly feel comfortable.

You'll get a quick walkthrough of the gym so you know where to find equipment, classes, bathrooms, changing rooms, and water.
You can train at your own pace. Coaches are friendly and happy to help if you want guidance, but you'll never be pushed into anything.

If you're joining a class, the coach explains the workout and demonstrates movements so you feel confident before starting.
Industrial Fitness has a welcoming community. You'll see a mix of beginners and experienced members, so you won't feel out of place.

Buy 10 VisitsOur staffed hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 9pm, Saturdays from 8am to 4pm, and Sundays from 9:30am to 2:30pm.
Members have extended access and can train outside staffed hours between 4:30am and midnight using their key tag. This means you can train early mornings or later in the evening, even when staff are not on site.
No sign-up fees at all. Try a day pass first, and if you love it and join the same day, we will take the day pass cost off your membership.
Yes, absolutely. Day passes are $25 and include full access to the gym, all classes, and the sauna. We also offer 10-visit passes that are valid for three months.
Yes. Purchase a casual day pass to train with us. If you join on the same day, the day pass is credited toward your membership.
Absolutely. Whether you've never stepped foot in a gym or you're completely new to martial arts, we welcome you. Our Jiu Jitsu fundamentals courses require no prior experience, our fitness classes accommodate all levels, and our personal trainers specialise in helping newcomers build confidence and proper technique. Many of our most dedicated members started as complete beginners.
Yes. We offer youth martial arts programs where kids learn boxing, and Jiu Jitsu in a safe, fun environment. Our coaches are police-vetted and focus on teaching discipline, respect, and confidence alongside physical skills.
Kids Boxing
Industrial Fitness brings together multiple specialist training communities under one roof. Members have access to a fully equipped gym and fitness classes, Te Manawa Jiu Jitsu, and boxing through Remarkables Boxing. This gives members access to high level martial arts coaching alongside comprehensive strength and conditioning facilities, over 40 weekly classes, and an on site sauna.
The coaching team includes internationally tested Jiu Jitsu black belts and experienced boxing coaches, creating a supportive but serious training environment for all levels. With a strong sense of community, expert coaching, and a wide range of classes and facilities, Industrial Fitness offers depth, flexibility, and quality that sets it apart from other Queenstown gyms.
We offer Jiu Jitsu through Te Manawa Jiu Jitsu an IBJJF approved club affiliated under 12 time world champion Caio Terra and the Caio Terra Association. We are his only affiliate in Oceania and travel frequently to their headquarters located in San Jose California to update our training methods. Muay Thai and boxing are available and we have a fight team under the watchful eye of Mikey Jenner and Remarkables Boxing and Training. We have programmes for kids and youth as well as adults in all disciplines and arrange classes to suit all levels from complete day one beginners to competitive fighters getting ready for international events. Our MMA programme is starting soon, keep an eye out.

Our facility includes a fully equipped weights area with pin-loaded machines and complete Olympic lifting setups, including bars, bumper plates, squat racks, and lifting platforms. We also offer a full range of cardio machines, a functional training zone, and spacious mat areas for martial arts and yoga. After training, you can unwind in our saunas or grab something from our in-house coffee bar, which serves great coffee and healthy snacks.
