Industrial Fitness Sales Consultant Vacancy 

We are seeking someone with a sales-minded approach, who has excellent customer service skills, and a positive, energetic attitude. You must be passionate about health and fitness and thrive in an environment that pushes you to exceed personal and team goals. Our ideal candidate brings at least a year of sales experience along with a good understanding of how to prospect leads through outreach, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. Sales Consultant responsibilities 

*Generating new business  

*Achieving daily and monthly sales targets  

*Managing a database of future clientele and staying in communication  

*Servicing our existing members to ensure they stay committed to their fitness journey 

*Liaising with General Manager on monthly marketing and sales strategies 

*Monitor all aspects of the facilities sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue 

*Identify opportunities for sponsorship, partnerships, and revenue-generating events. 

*Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and concerns 

*Help create and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones 

Qualifications/Certifications/Requirements 

*Proven experience in a sales driven role  

*A confident, engaging & compelling communicator 

*An exceptional conversationalist and listener over many different platforms 

*Enthusiastic, driven and keen to represent our brand 

*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

*A passion for fitness and a customer-centric mindset. 

*Enjoy commission driven targets, work well in a group environment and independently.  

*Must be an NZ Citizen/Resident or have a valid working visa
